Santa Fe Station is my favorite casino. I’m a local and frequent there a lot. I play in the poker room and the people that works there are all nice and I have to give a shoutout to the waitress Mie. She always come in with a big smile and greets me by my name. She is always pleasant and knows everybody’s drink. Overall, Santa Fe is the best Local casino in town and poker room is awesome..

Terrible Front Desk Staff Woman

My family and I stayed at this hotel. We had problems with the hotel room keys and asked assistance from the front desk clerk. The woman clerk was terrible offering no help and extremely rude. As a first line representative of the hotel, I was shocked at how poor she acted. I will think twice about staying there again.

No Pay Sante Fe.

There's a reason locals call this place 'No Pay Santa fe'. Used to be a very enjoyable atmosphere before covid. After that, they closed three Station Casinos and started building two brand new ones and wildfire and have tightened their slot machines up considerably in my humble opinion. If you want to come for a cheap place to stay or food is fine but do not put your money in the slots at any Station Casinos in my opinion especially No Pay Sante Fe?

I was visiting a friend in North Las Vegas and he booked a room for us here. Everything was good except for two minor issues. There was plenty of space, everything was clean, internet and A.C. worked well, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little cramped with the toilet paper rack placement in the area of your left armpit, not easy to find or reach. The second issue was the sheets, they were rough, no polyester but not soft. They had a herringbone pattern that felt like a thread count of 50. Could e they were new and not broken in yet. They had a Fatburger down stairs in the casino that was open late, I was happy to take advantage of that. I do not know how much the room cost, but I would stay there again.

If you have lung issues, asthma do NOT stay here. The non smoking in the room building is not enforced. They need a non smoking floor, because people are smoking. Our room constantly smells like a lit cigarette. I even saw someone come off elevator smoking.The Casino is very smoky but that’s expected. My allergies are through the roof. We would’ve left if we weren’t informed we would not get our money back. Promised a deluxe room and it’s not even close. 2 queen beds when we booked a King. No coffee pot or microwave. Smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen for a hotel Deluxe room with no hooks to hang towels or clothes. I hung my towel on a hanger. No comforter on the bed just a thin blanket and sheet so you’re freezing when air kicks on which you need in the desert heat. Room not very clean dusty lamps and carpet. 2 elevators one or both were not working the 5 days we were here. One time we were taken outside to climb stairs to our room on 4 th floor. I was told they would refund last day of resort fee when I complained. Basically 20 dollars. Miserable stay.
